The MILD technique is one of the most effective techniques for lucid dreaming I think. Because it is hard to learn but after you learn that, it is easy to apply. Before the MILD technique, I was using a dream diary in order to write my dreams. So, I could remember them easily. I think it is essential for the MILD technique.
