1.  Use The WBTB Technique

WBTB is a common and relatively simple technique for stimulating lucid dreams. WBTB is probably the most effective lucid dreaming technique among beginners and experts alike.

You can use this method any day of the week or on weekends. It’s up to you. The more you practice this lucid dreaming technique, the more lucid dreams you can have.

2. Keep A Dream Diary

The first step to successful lucid dreaming is to adapt to your dreams. Keep a dream diary by your bed and write down everything you remember from your dream as soon as you wake up. This is the best lucid dream technique and also the easiest lucid dreaming method.

  • I am a beginner at lucid dreaming. As a beginner, I like to use a dream diary. As soon as I wake up, I write my dreams in order to remember them easily. I think it is the best and easiest lucid dreaming method. So, If I saw the dream which I was written to again, I remember it.

  • I always wanted to try lucid dreaming but I was not sure to try it. Then, I searched on the internet a few techniques. Firstly, dream journaling helped me a lot because I write my dreams every day and categorize them. It was useful. Secondly, the MILD technique is really useful because you are telling yourself ‘I am dreaming, I know.’ all the time. These two techniques helped me to lucid dreaming.
