    Avoiding sleep paralysis was hard for me in the past. But now, I know what to do. For instance, getting a regular sleep schedule is important. I tried to do it. I get up at nine in the morning and go to bed at ten-thirty. It worked! Now my sleeping is better. Also, there are a lot of ‘what to do’ list. Everybody can look at it.
