It’s not always obvious what your dreams are telling you, but the art of dream interpretation can set you on the right path.
Humans have always tried how to interpret dreams. From ancient wives’ tales to complex theories, the ways people analyze them continue to evolve.
The dream is not something that can be understood by taking any reference book and looking at the meaning of any symbol. None of the symbols in the dream can be separated from the individual experiencing the dream, and there is no definitive standard explanation for any dream. It is not possible to make a valid classification of dreams and symbols.
The words that make up the dream have more than one meaning, they have more than one meaning. The interpretation of the dream is only possible with complete knowledge of the individual’s life and state of consciousness.
What is dream interpretation?
Dream interpretation is the process of assigning meaning to dreams. In many ancient societies, such as those of Egypt and Greece, dreaming was considered a supernatural communication or a means of divine intervention, whose message could be unraveled by people with certain powers. In modern times, various schools of psychology have offered theories about the meaning of dreams.
How to interpret your dream?
Interpreting your dreams is a fun way to gain insights into your unconscious mind. Many people also believe that dreams can help you better understand what’s happening in your waking life.
1.Place your dream journal next to your bed.
The easiest way to do this is to use an online dream diary. Unlike pen and paper, it can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Thanks to the dreambook app, which is one of the most preferred applications, you can categorize your dreams and add titles.
Even if you don’t remember your dreams, you have them every night. Writing them down can help you remember your dreams.
2.Record everything you can remember.
This includes what you were doing, who was with you, how you felt, and anything you saw that could be a symbol. Write down as much as you can. Some people even draw what they saw in the dream. Write everything about your dreams including animals, colors, people in your dream.
3.Title each dream.
This challenges your mind to identify a specific theme or what stuck out most to you. Don’t try to make your titles meaningful, however. Just use whatever comes to mind first.
4.Use a dream dictionary only if you get stuck.
Dream dictionaries are a popular tool for analyzing dreams, but many experts say they aren’t very useful. That’s because the same symbol can mean different things to different people. It’s better to focus on how you felt in the dream, how I interpret my dreams, and what each item in your dream means to you.
Making sense of dreams requires doing more than the routine interpretations found in ordinary and haphazard dream books. Even a person with great experience in dream interpretation should be aware of her/his own inadequacy. She/He must question his/her previous understandings and prepare himself/herself for an unexpected surprise at any moment.

i believe that my dreams carry information about my waking life, so i attach great importance to dream interpretation. as soon as i wake up every morning, i write down my dreams in detail from every aspect and find what they want to tell me by associating the symbols I see with my life.
