The John DuBois Dream Diary – The diary of the late software engineer John H. DuBois III, spanning 1991 to 2007. It is interesting to note that he arranged his dreams not only by date but also by theme.
Andy Zaitsev’s Dream Diary-A collection of dreams recorded in different periods from 1996 to 2003. Notice that he divides his dreams into lucid and non-lucid and does some more post-dream analysis.
Dream journal templates
The setup of your dream diary will likely vary depending on what its purpose is. Are you trying to understand your thoughts and feelings? Put your sleep cycles back into balance? Solve a problem?
