Have you ever wanted to get out of a nerve-wracking dream where you were aware of your actions? Lucid dreaming is a particular phenomenon that is often pleasant for the dreamer, but which can sometimes turn into a nightmare. Lucid dreaming frequently plunges the dreamer into a pleasant dream world, but this is not always the case, and it can even become very anxiety-provoking. Our brain does not always understand the possibility of awareness during sleep, which creates a feeling of panic. For some dreamers, this does not last, since they wake up immediately. For others, the anguish manifests itself in the dream. As a result, the dreamer can find themselves in loops of images, thoughts, and inconsistent logics. When everything gets overwhelming, all you want is one thing: to get out of your dream and wake up. Let’s say that you are planning to have a lucid dream tonight. If things do not go as you wish, you may want to wake up but do you know how do you wake up from a lucid dream?
As the mind is skillful, it finds solutions to force awakening. Still, if you are having an unpleasant lucid dream or just need the urge to wake up from your lucid dream, there are some different techniques about how to wake up from a lucid dream.
Here are the different techniques for lucid dreamers for lucid dream control:
1. Call out for help
It is claimed that shouting in your dreams signals your brain that it is time to wake up. Alternatively, if you manage to speak out loud or scream, you may wake yourself up.
2. Blink
Continuously blinking may help your mind in preparing to wake up.
3. Fall asleep in your dream
If you’re aware of the situation that you’re dreaming, go to sleep in your dream, so that you will lose your consciousness and may be able to wake up in real life.
4. Read
In your dream, try to read a sign or a book. While in a lucid dream, you are in the REM state. So, this may stimulate parts of your brain that are not used during REM sleep, and it will help you to get your consciousness and wake up.

I had the experience of waking up lucid dreaming. It was my first try but I was read an article about it. I realized that it is time the wake-up and I started to blink my eyes. It may sound useless but it is easy and effective. I am lucky to read that article before lucid dreaming.
